Some of the moments when families need us most arrive at the hardest times of their lives, after the loss of a spouse or parent, when a stack of paperwork feels like the last thing anyone should have to face. Having lost my own spouse a few years ago, I understand that weight, and I do what I can to make filing claims and sorting through the details as gentle and manageable as possible. Most of my days are spent helping our clients get quick, clear answers and keeping their experience with us friendly and easy from the first call onward.

I studied at Heartland Community College and spent time with Country Financial, TEK Systems, and The Pantagraph before finding my place in financial services. I grew up in Normal, raised my family in Bloomington, and have called the East Peoria area home for the past twenty-two years. I have three married children and seven grandchildren who mean the world to me, and in my free time, I love creating pottery and jewelry.
